Prof. Zhengying | Wei Xi'an Jiaotong University, China
Professor Zhengying Wei, the doctoral supervisor of Xi'an Jiaotong University, is a recipient of the National One Hundred Excellent Doctoral Dissertations Award and a New Century Excellent Talent of the Ministry of Education. Moreover, she serves as the vice chairman of the Production Branch of The ShaanxiProvincial Institute of Mechanical Engineering, the director of the Engineering Research Center of the Ministry of Education for Rapid Prototyping Manufacturing, the vice director of the Academic Committee of Jiangsu Key Laboratory of 3D Printing Equipment and Manufacturing, the member of Viser Academic Committee, the editorial committee of Mechanical Engineering, the member of Technical Committee of Shanghai Engineering Research Center of Near-Net-Shape Forming for Metallic Materials, and special expert of Additive Manufacturing Process Technology Center of Sixth Research Institute of China Aerospace Science and Industry Corporation.Her research interests include intelligent control technology, rapid design and manufacturing of microfabrication, and 3D printing additive manufacturing technology. She hasbeen researching the water-saving microstructure design and intelligent irrigation control technologyfor a long time. Besides, she studied the blockage mechanism of water-saving irrigator based on CFD computational fluid dynamics method, and carried out intelligent decision measurement and accurate control of irrigation and fertilization with the help of artificial intelligence deep learning technology.

Prof. Hanxiong Li | City University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong, China
Prof. Hanxiong Li received his bachelor's degree from National University of Defense Technology in 1982, his master's degree from Delft University of Technology in the Netherlands in 1991, and his doctorate degree from Auckland University in New Zealand in 1997. In his early career, he worked in the Third Department of General Staff in satellite technology detection and worked in China International Trust and Investment Corporation in investment feasibility studies. In the 1990s, he worked as a senior engineer in ASM, an international electronics packaging giant, and then taught at City University of Hong Kong. He is now a tenured professor at City University of Hong Kong, a Distinguished Professor at Central South University and a Distinguished Expert of China Overseas Chinese Association and a Distinguished Expert of Hunan Province. He is the recipient of the National Outstanding Youth Fund (Overseas) in 2004, Changsha Scholar of the Ministry of Education (2006), Changjiang Scholar Award of the Ministry of Education (2006-2009), IEEE Fellow (2010), and National "Thousand Talents Program" Scholar (2010). He has been engaged in theoretical research on intelligent modeling and control, industrial process control and integrated design, data mining and intelligent decision making in complex manufacturing environment, as well as the application in microelectronics packaging and other related processes for many years; he has published more than 130 SCI papers in international top academic journals and served as an associate editor of several international top journals.

Senior member of American Aerospace Association (AIAA), Chinese society of mechanical engineering, American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME), American Laser Association (LIA) and Chinese society of Aeronautics.
Mainly engaged in precision and intelligent manufacturing technology of aerospace high-performance components; Structural performance optimization design method of aircraft and power system; Basic research on the theory and application of multi-scale simulation and optimization of multi-energy field manufacturing process, nondestructive testing and process control technology.

Assoc. Prof. Sunil Kumar Jha | Nanjing University of Information Science and Technology, China
Prof. Sunil Kumar Jha received his B.S. and M.S. degrees in VBS Purvanchal University, India, and his Ph.D degree Banaras Hindu University, India. His research area include Data Mining, Artificial Intelligence Applications, Chemical Sensing, Nano-Informatics, Renewable Energy. In addition, he has published many books and SCI-indexed international journal papers. He has also worked in Atmosphere, Current Chinese Science: Computer Science, Chinese Artificial Intelligence, Scientific Progress and Research (SPR), Journal of Machine Learning Theory. Applications and Practice as an editor and the IEEE 9th International Conference on Intelligent Sensors, Sensor Networks and Information Processing (ISSNIP) as a session chair. He also organized some special workshop, such as IEEE Symposium on Computational Intelligence for Multimedia, Signal and Vision Processing (CIMSIVP), In Advanced Learning for Large-scale Heterogeneous Data in Intelligent Vision and Olfaction Systems in IEEE SSCI 2016 and A workshop on Advanced Data Analytics and Applications, In 4th International Conference on Cloud Computing and Security (ICCCS 2018). And he worked as a member of the international program committee (reviewer) of several international conferences.
